Hello, my name is Astrid. I have been working as a CNA/Caregiver for almost 8 years. I have worked at a facility environment for about 5 years. I have done Private Care, Hospice Care, and even a live-in once. I have experience and also know how to use machines if necessary. Doing this type of work fulfills me and makes me happy to know I can help someone. I also like getting to know them for the person that they are. I have never had any complaints and only have to move on when my clients have either gotten better or have passed away.

Astrid is a treasure! She took care of my mother with Parkinson's for over a year, several days a week. She was very responsible, caring and efficient. Then ended up caring for my dad too as his health declined. Both parents loved her, as did all of us, their kids. (And my dog, who is an excellent judge of character!) We were so lucky to have her as first my dad and then my mom ended up in hospice care. She was able to support me and my siblings in caring for each parent in their end of life journey. She taught us a lot and was a loving, calm presence. So professional and so compassionate!
