About Nikole

The majority of my experience is caring for children, however I started out working in a special needs care home for infants with severe medical needs. I have a lot of experience in care management and running a home. I also spent a little over a year volunteering Monday through Friday in a retirement home with 3 residents who had Alzheimer's.(7 residents in total, alongside one other aid.) I am careful and confident in my ability to provide whatever source and level of care needed because I am someone who take direction and learns quickly and provides genuine care. I am passionate about helping and caring for others and have spent my entire life caring for people in one way or another. I come from a large tight knit and very loving family which has helped me become someone who naturally care for other as if they were my own family.
