I'd describe my personality as outgoing, driven and determined. I like working with kids because I love to view myself as a positive influence to others. I like to build kid with the mindset of always staying focused and reaching your goals in life. I'm looking for a job that is flexible and cares for their employees. I started working with kids when I was about 13-15 years old. And have been ever since. In my spare time, I like to get ahead in my school work and spend time with family and friends. Usually I am away for school during the spring and fall semesters so when I do get the free time I like to share it with them. One thing you should know about me is I am very reliable and flexible. I am also very patient and always willing to try new things and adapt to different environments. My skills include patience, communication and attentiveness.
