I have many different kinds of experience working with special needs children, young adults and adults. I am a special education teacher currently finishing up my second year of teaching. I student taught for elementary and middle school special education students and kindergarten. My middle school teaching experience began when I moved from MI to NC for my teaching job. I worked in the home of a family who have a son with Autism. We worked on his educational, behavioral, Parks and Rec for their social clubs with young to elderly adults who have special needs. We go on all different kinds of trips and help with money management and social skills.
