Hello! I have just under 3 years of experience working as a Support Counselor Supervisor and Case Aid worker at an Organization called Olive Crest located in Bellevue WA. My position here included providing childcare needs for infants with fractured femurs, appropriately caring for medically fragile infants, dosing specific formula care for infants, and working with children and toddlers with speech delays and developments disabilities. This position also included transporting foster children and supervising visitation between foster children and their biological parents. This process included parent couching and monitoring parents with medical fragile children as well.

Christine worked for my family as a case aid for over a year, providing help and support to me as I cared for five children, all with special needs. Christine was very willing to complete even tasks that she was unfamiliar with, letting me know where she needed guidance but still jumping right in. She was very loving and attentive with my children - who ranged in age from infant to 16 years - and yet took no nonsense from them. Christine made my kids feel very loved and valued. She showed up on time and, on the rare occasion it was needed, took correction very well. Given the opportunity, I would rehire her in an instant!
