I'm the youngest of seven and all of my siblings are married with kids, which meant that, besides babysitting for friends, I'm often enlisted as the family babysitter! I don't mind because I love kids. Yes, I know that they can be cranky and stubborn, but that comes with the territory and I love them anyway! I'm experienced with newborns. When my sister had her twin girls, I would go to her house every Monday and stay the night so that I could wake up with the babies and she could get some rest. Screaming kids do not phase me, and I'm a problem solver: I find out what they need and know how to distract and calm in order to get them to stop screaming. I lived with my 2-year-old niece and 4-year-old nephew for two years and took care of them often. I babysit regularly for friends in LA as well. Beyond that, I can cook, I keep the house tidy, and I'm present with your kids. I'm a great babysitter.

I interviewed Christina, first over the phone and then in person. She is very organized, professional, responsive and punctual. She seems to know what she wants in life and is headed in the right direction. I would trust her to care for my children. I ultimately decided on a different candidate, but believe Christina would be an excellent caregiver.
