About Chloe

I'd describe my personality as compassionate, dependable, and patient. I enjoy caring for seniors because it reminds me of why I entered healthcare - to serve others with empathy, patience, and respect. Through my 3 year experiences as a CNA in a nursing home and a large hospital, I learned to not only value a person's health, but also their dignity. I carry this lesson with me in every interaction because I have the ability to provide comfort and care to vulnerable individuals during challenging times. I'm looking for a job that offers flexibility and is built on mutual respect. I value working with employees respect my time and provide a supportive and fair environment. My skills include assistance with ADLs, companionship and communication (5+ years volunteering in hospice care), observation and medical support (3 years as a CNA in the hospital setting in a variety of units: MICU, STICU, general medicine, etc.)
