When she came to quote the the job it was very high, but knowing we had guests coming, she went out of her way to begin right away for us. It seemed she was very thorough at first. She pointed out things that I didn't even notice. Her cleaning had no effect on the tile in the hall (not even the few little spots of water based paint suspiciously), but she assured us that integrity was everything to her and she "want worried about the money" and would do the highest quality job every time she cleaned anything. She promised that it would be taken care of. This was a completely emptied space (rental) - just Furniture. No small things to move around. Just a deep cleaning walls, surfaces, baseboards floors. She rushed through each time making comments about the difficulty of work and promising things I'm done would be done the next time. When I wasn't there she told my husband she had completed it and ask for the rest of the payment. The entire wood floor was hazy and dirty looking even though that is some thing that I brought to her attention before this session. The tile area again was completely untouched. There were air-conditioning vents with buildup and other things like that. I have pictures. Out of respect because I do feel that she wants to take her business seriously I let her know it was unacceptable and she promised humbly to return and fix it all. She came back for an hour left and said she was done, and none of it had changed. This is an accurate and fair review. I am not bitter about it and she was very pleasant. I just wish this kind off information had been made absolute to me when I was choosing a provider. For the time she was there she looked to be working physically hard, but by the end of it this ended up costing $50 an hour and we still had to hire someone else. She did do great work removing dirt from walls, the rest was moderate to poor. I have a feeling that she would do a very sufficient job at regular cleaning, but I don't think that she should advertise, charge, or be hired for deep cleaning.
