I'm a mother of 6 children, ages 9-29. I was a child care/preschool teacher, for many years, until I went to EMT school, in 2003. I am now medically retired, but still hold my Florida license. I've been back into nannying for about 3 years, and my most recent "child" had a spot become available for a daycare, they've been waiting almost a year for. I'm now looking forward to caring for a new child/children, because I have plenty of love left to give.

Our family has absolutely enjoyed our time with Cheri. She has watched our son since he was four months old (he is now 14 months old). When I tell you that she cares for your children like her own, I truly mean it. There wasn’t a day that my son was in her care that I remotely felt uncomfortable or worried about the care he was receiving. My son always has the biggest smile on his face when Mrs. Cheri comes in the door! A big thing for us was trying to learn and navigate our sons’ allergies and dietary restrictions. She was attentive and easily able to follow the restrictions and changes until we finally figured out what was causing the issues. I never once worried about our son having a possible exposure when in her care. She is reliable, punctual, and flexible, which were all very important things to us with my current job. I was able to communicate throughout the day, including a daily facetime call when I was on my lunch break. She also assisted with some household chores, which when you are busy was truly a life saver. The only reason that we are no longer using her services full time is because my son finally was able to receive a spot in daycare. However, with daycare closures and illness, I am sure that we will use her again in the future.
