About Chelsea

My names Chelsea and I've always had a giant space in my life and heart for children. From working after high school at my Grandma's daycare or a teachers aide at a Montessori school - I've always been in the midst of groups of kids. I have been a full time nanny to families with varying ages including newborns. I have experience with large families, food allergies, busy schedules, transportation, errand running, neurodiverse kids, etc. I am 33, married, have 3 cats and a bearded dragon, & love to be creative. I have a Bachelors degree in Environmental Science and a passion for nature! I hike, snorkel, swim, fish, etc. Childcare is about patience, flexibility, kindness, safety, details, adaptability, & two way communication. I would love to spend my days assisting parents in guiding, caring, and teaching their kiddos. I am currently transitioning out of a full-time position and am looking for something similar. I would be available as soon as the summer with a position needed by fall.
