Hi, my name is Chelsea. I'm 28 and based in Huber Heights. I have over eight years of experience in childcare and nannying, working with children from infancy to 14 years old. I'm currently taking a gap year from my early childhood education degree, which further strengthens my understanding of child development and learning. My strengths as a nanny include creating structure, maintaining organization, and planning engaging activities. I love incorporating crafts, educational experiences, and outdoor adventures like hiking and creating into a child's daily routine.
