I exchanged various Care.com messages with Chelsea and was set on a date to interview. It seemed that it was going to all pan out since we had communicated the night before the interview. On the day of the interview, I received a message from her canceling due to illness. I understand that illness can come suddenly, but the fact that she did not reschedule raised a big flag. I hope Chelsea finds the job she wants, but she needs to be careful and responsible about smaller details, especially when it comes to providing care to children.
