About Charu

As a nurturing and experienced caregiver with eight years in childcare, I'm passionate about fostering children's growth and development. My previous babysitting roles were incredibly rewarding and motivated me to pursue a career where I can make a positive impact on young lives. My approach to childcare is centered around patience, creativity, and building a friendly rapport with the children in my care. I believe in open and transparent communication with parents, providing daily written reports and regular updates on their child's day. I'm comfortable enforcing household rules as guided by the parents, and I enjoy a variety of games, from outdoor physical activities to educational games that promote learning. I hold a graduate degree, am certified in First Aid and CPR, and am also a certified teacher. I'm available to care for one child at a time, and I speak both English and French.
