About Charlotte

I'd describe my personality as friendly, patient, and genuine I have primarily worked with individuals with Autism, Traumatic Brain Injury, and Mental Health Difficulties. I believe everyone has value and deserves a fulfilling life, regardless of their limitations. I could work up to 25 hours, 3-4 days per week, having a consistent number of hours would be preferable. I would need at least one weekday free. My experience raising my own kids with ADHD/Autism also makes me a natural with those who have difficulties communicating their needs. In my spare time, I like to try everything! My favorite things to do currently are gardening, photography, graphic design and quilting. I'm obsessed with Legos. One thing you should know about me is I'm neurodivergent. This makes me sensitive to the feelings of those around me, which helps tremendously in caregiving. It also makes me a bit distractable at times, but I build in habits that help me manage these pitfalls.
