For the past four years I have worked in a outpatient and inpatient rehabilitation program servicing both children and adults who have been diagnosed with either a traumatic brain injury or spinal cord injury. While in this setting I also worked with children with downs syndrome and autism. I loved working with these children so much that I decided to pursue a career in occupational therapy and cannot wait to finish my grad school here in New York and be a working occupational therapist.
