I enjoy helping with healthy meal planning, shopping for food, and cooking vegetarian/vegan meals. It is a big decision to have someone come in to take care of a loved one. We thought about it for a long time and I was not very comfortable with the idea when we started looking. But I knew if we could find the right person it would make my mom's life so much better. Thank you Harmony for being that loving and caring person that we needed for so long. In only the first 3 days both my wife and I could see a dramatic difference in my mom's personality. She is much happier and has a brightness about her. With the first week Harmony has become a part of our family and we are very blessed to have her.
