As a caregiver with 15 years of experience, I am dedicated to nurturing children's growth and development in a safe and nurturing environment. I am a patient, creative, and approachable individual who can easily connect with children and build strong relationships. I am comfortable enforcing household rules and ensuring children's safety and well-being. Through written daily reports, verbal communication at pickup, and regular text or phone call updates, I keep parents well-informed about their child's day and any issues that arise. I believe in open and honest communication with parents to ensure a collaborative partnership in caring for their children. My passion for fostering children's development extends to various activities, including outdoor sports, board games, puzzles, and educational games that promote learning. I am willing to assist with cooking, meal preparation, carpooling, light housekeeping, travel, and swimming supervision.
