Cayce is nothing short of phenomenal--I am wholly convinced there is no better nanny in the universe. Cayce watches our two boys, ages 2 and 1, three full days a week. Most importantly, the kids absolutely adore her and she takes incredible care of them. She shows up every morning full of positive energy and ready to go -- she is like a ray of sunshine! She is kind, patient, loving, and full of humor in her interactions with our kids. She is amazingly skilled at redirecting negative behavior or clingy-ness to parents as we try to leave the house. Cayce is creative and has endless crafts up her sleeve, and she takes initiative to plan all her own projects and outings that the kids love. To top it off, everyday when I come home, the house is sparkling clean and laundry has been done. As someone who is back to work for virtually the first time since having kids, I cannot overstate how comforting it is to have such a skilled, dependable, loving person with our kids. She is amazing
