About Catherine

My name is Maclaine, and I am a former Lead Preschool Teacher, where I often had sole responsibility for 9-11 children (ages 1-2), including special needs students. Additionally, I have 5+ years of nanny experience involving out of state traveling. This summer, I am graduating from UNT with a 4. 0 GPA and currently studying for the LSAT. I'd describe my personality as loving, energetic, and studious. I am extremely adept at multitasking, a hard worker, and great at managing stress. My skills include communication, problem-solving, and empathy. I like working with kids because I vividly remember what it is like to be a child, and love to make everyday colorful and fun. I'm looking for a job that allows me to forge genuine connections with the children I care for. I am very "outdoorsy" with children and believe in physical play time. Based off parental permission, I love taking children to the pool, park, Six Flags, etc...
