I have a PhD in biological anthropology, master's degree in anthropology, and bachelor's degrees in biology and anthropology. I have taught university-level courses and tutored college students. I have private tutoring experience with students ages 11-14 since 2015. I also previously worked as a substitute teacher. I enjoy helping students learn while having fun! I'm happy to aid students in understanding difficult concepts with a patient, caring, and enthusiastic approach. Please note: Because of the pandemic, I prefer tutoring using an online platform.

We hired several home school tutors for our middle-school age son (with "attention issues") over the course of 2 years. They were all "good". Cassie was GREAT! She was by FAR the most patient, professional, kind, and most of all, EFFECTIVE person we hired. By a long shot!
