About Hope

As an older sister of four, I've gotten a lot of built-in experience with helping younger students with their schoolwork, especially with reading and writing assignments. I am a college student and plan on teaching after graduation. I am passionate about literature, writing, language, and history. While I have not had any paid tutoring experience, my classmates and others have told me that I do a good job in helping them with difficult concepts such as grammar, writing, and Spanish. As a high-school student, I struggled with feeling alienated by the traditional school system, so I am very much able to relate to students with alternative educational needs and wants - learning should be fun!
