Carrie came to do dinner and bedtime with our 1yo. While showing her around, I got the sense that she wasn't really paying attention, and she asked questions of something I had just mentioned, and our conversation when I got home was the same way. The next morning, I saw that my son's diaper had been put on extremely loosely and had leaked all over him. She was perfectly nice but I would not rehire her.
