About Carolyn

Hi my name is Carolyn, and I'm a first year medical student at UTMB in Galveston. I do not have official teaching experience, but I have over 10 years of experience working with children and over 9 years of experience working with people with special needs. I volunteered at the boys and girls club homework help station throughout college. I spent one summer assisting an occupational therapist with a speech therapy and feeding therapy camp. I also worked as a volunteer therapist/homeschool teacher for a young boy with Autism while I was in college. Finally, I worked as a teaching assistant for microbiology and organic chemistry throughout college. I have lots of energy and patience!
