I'd describe my personality as outgoing, optimistic, and kind! I like working with kids because I believe in the importance of having positive influence in the critical stages of development to help shape the confidence and wellbeing of the future generations. Kids can teach us so much about patience, compassion, and creativity. I'm looking for a job that I can provide an accepting, encouraging, and fun environment for all children I am caring for. My skills include listening, responsibility, and compassion. Children deserve to feel heard and as an equal, not to be put down just because of their age. Setting an example as a responsible and positive influence can provide a lasting impact in how the child treats others in the future. All children deserve to feel safe and cared for, and I will strive to accomplish that.
