I am an IA at the Grandhaven Elementary Life Skills classroom with a couple of decades experience teaching and caretaking for children aged newborn through middle-school. I am very active with my own children and provide crafts, educational resources and probing conversation, gardening, cooking and other learning activities, lots of free time outdoors, trips to parks and occasionally bigger day trips to the zoo, beach, etc. I have experience working with children that are in TAG as well as with children that have ASD and other intellectual disabilities. I am hoping to provide dayare and/or tutoring for kids out of our home in Dayton (7min from the Willamette Valley Medical Center).
