About Caroline

As a caregiver, my passion lies in nurturing and supporting the well-being of children. With over a decade of experience, I have had the privilege of positively impacting the lives of many families. My creative and friendly nature allows me to connect easily with children, creating a safe and stimulating environment for their growth and development. I believe in open and honest communication with parents, providing regular updates on their child's day and promptly addressing any concerns that arise. I am also comfortable enforcing household rules consistently and respectfully. My approach to childcare is holistic, focusing on both physical and mental development. I enjoy engaging children in a variety of activities, including outdoor games, educational games, and arts and crafts. I am also happy to assist with cooking, meal preparation, carpooling, and light housekeeping. I am a Certified Nursing Assistant and hold current certifications in First Aid and CPR.
