Hi I'm Caroline. I've been a nanny for over 9 years. I have experience watching over all age ranges and absolutely love working with kids. I like to play games, do puzzles and be active with the children I nanny. I try to avoid tvs and other screens when I work with kids, and try to help them build skills, imagination and confidence in themselves. Although with the parents approval we can watch an occasional movie ;) I'm comfortable and confident working with babies/infants. I'm very good at keeping babies and even young children on a set schedule and will follow any rules that parents lay down. I'm trustworthy and responsible, with references I can share.
