About Carly

Carly was beyond a blessing to our family when it came time finding the best care for our first born, T. I really struggled with postpartum anxiety about going back to work, the thought of deciding on child care daunted me. I was so lucky to meet Carly just in time. After seconds of meeting her, I knew she was the right person for us. Carly has been our nanny from the time my son was in 4 months to now almost 3 years old. Never once have I worried or questioned T.'s safety or care when he's with Carly. She is professional, organized, always prompt and on time, extremely well with communication. One of the biggest strengths Carly has as a Nanny is teaching T. new things that we as first parents might not have known to teach or been as good at teaching so effectively. She has helped instill strong manners in our son, teaches him patience and ways to cope with his big toddler emotions, she's taught him Spanish (he will at times teach ME new words in Spanish), education around animals, words, etc. T. is very advanced knowledge, speaking and manners wise for his age, and I know Carly played a HUGE role in that. She's helped us understand so many things as new parents. As an infant, safe sleep was obviously a huge priority and top of mind for this first time momma. Carly went above and beyond to make sure and honor my wishes for sleep and infant care/schedule. She even helped teach us some ways to cope with T.'s sleep regression and sleep schedule. Carly is beyond amazing and you can tell she truly is meant to be a Nanny. With T. going to preschool now, we plan to still stay in touch and do monthly meetups - her and her family are part of our family now! I could go on and on about "Mrs Carly" but if you're reading this and considering her for your children's care- just do it.
