Hello! I have been a nurse since graduation in 2014 initially working bedside as an acute rehab nurse. I then transitioned to the role of nurse case manager in which I worked with hospital patients and their families to successfully navigate the health care system. I understand the intricacies and challenges seniors in our community face and I want to continue to help seniors even though I have left the hospital to become a full-time stay-at-home mom! I support my aunt whom has transitioned to assisted living so taking care of seniors is also very personal to me! I'm not looking for a "nursing" role (which is why I left the hospital) but I'd like to provide support for everyday activities of daily living and socialization. I look forward to hearing from you!
