Experience: - 7 years experience working with special needs kids and adults with autism, learning disability, and traumatic backgrounds. - Worked previously as a Registered behavior technician for 2yrs for in home therapy and in classroom. I also worked in the special education department as a Para Educator for a little over 2yrs. - Experienced in managing many different types of behavior and ages. -Been watching my sisters kids for the past two years here in Florida. - I am patient, caring and can handle pressure well for difficult behaviors especially.
