Carlos was fantastic. He took the time to understand my husband Dale. He noticed how Dale responded to different activities and adapted the day to suit him. He was so kind and thoughtful. He made sure he understood what ADLs Dale needed help with. Dale was in great spirits at the end of the day. We would hire Carlos again.
