About Carla

I have provided nursing care to seniors in both a hospital setting and a private home setting including hospice care in a residential hospice facility. I provide disease education to patients and their families including medication management when required. I want to be sure you, the patient and/or caregiver understand as much as possible about your disease or condition and help you manage the signs and symptoms while adhering to the physician orders.
