About Candy

I've worked in both Independent and Assisted Living facilities for the majority of my career. Including multiple years at the Southern Maine Agency on Aging. I earned my ME. state Personal Support Specialist certification nearly a decade ago. I've done course work in Behavioral Health which I believe makes me a more dynamic caregiver. While I have experience in physical care, I'm knowledgeable about mental and emotional health as well. I've worked with many different clients and I have experience with multiple diagnoses including; M. S., diabetes, Parkinsons, Cancer, as well as additional Alzheimers/ Dementia training. I've also handled some end of life Hospice care/ Palliative care. I can offer assistance with all activities of daily life; bathing, dressing, grooming, meal prep. and baking from "scratch", exercise, and companionship
