We interviewed Candace for a full-time position, had her come in for a trial session, and called two of her references. We ended up hiring someone else, but it was a really tough decision and Candace was obviously a wonderful babysitter. She was super punctual and obviously very responsible and reliable; she was kind, sweet, loving and warm, and her references were fantastic. One mom said her kid will ONLY stay with Candace, that's how much she loves her! Another spoke about how much she loves organizing and how she'd be a great "house manager." I wish we had two positions available so we could have hired Candace, but I hope she finds a full-time position with a nice family soon. You'd be so lucky to have Candace on your team.
