About Cameron

Hello! My name is Cameron. I have tutored and been a head coach high school lacrosse for many years. I pride myself in being patience and attentive in order to understand how best to teach each and every student. My main focus is early high school math up through Algebra 2. I tutored multiple classes of incoming freshman in a summer transition program helping struggling students build a foundation for confident success in future high school classes. Math builds on itself, and I find high school math topics can be intimidating as they move quickly and many students have trouble keeping up in day to day classes. My goal is to slow things down and ensure each student builds their knowledge to master each step in order to move on to the next. My experience in coaching and tutoring has taught me being patient and teaching in a variety of ways is most helpful in finding a teaching style for every student.
