About Caitlyn

I'd describe my personality as ambitious, kind, and empathetic. I like working with kids because I get the opportunity to watch them grow while playing a role in their development. I think children are a joy to be around because of their outlook on life! I'm looking for a job that is fun and challenging with a nice work-life balance. I started working with kids when I started babysitting my young, autistic cousin. I was around 12 or 13, and I have been around younger kids ever since; I also have two younger sisters. I was an overnight nanny for 3 little girls a few summers ago, I've worked with preschool age kids in an after school program, and have recently started working as an Educational Assistant at an elementary school! In my spare time, I like to read books, garden, and spend time outside. One thing you should know about me is I am currently studying to get my bachelor's degree in psychology! My skills include patience, problem solving, and empathy.
