Caitlin is truly the best nanny anyone could ask for. We have known and hired Caitlin many times over the past year. She far exceeds my expectations of an 18 year old - she is always on time, makes my kids feel safe and secure and best yet, she has fun with them. They always want to see Caitlin so leaving the house (separation anxiety) is never an issue. And, she knows how to handle our child with all his ADHD issues. She is patient and empathetic with him and always reports back what she saw and experienced while with him. I trust Caitlin to transport my kids to and from school and take them out for ice cream. We cannot say enough good things about her. We just love her!
