About Caira
Experience: 7 yrs
I was born and raised in the beautiful Hudson Valley. My mother owned a daycare center for over 25 years and so, I've grown up around kids my whole life. I have assisted in Drama Club programs for a junior high and high school in the past. I enjoy working with kids! I want to be transparent in that I am a musical theatre performer first(most recently having performed on the National Tours of Rent and Hairspray) and I do continue to audition. This means that, I am aiming to work for a family with a flexible schedule as auditions may pop up last minute and depending on if I book something, I am not able to commit to long term. If you foresee that being an issue, which I would completely understand, maybe you'd consider me as a back-up or as needed sitter where, if I was available, I'd gladly assist!

We have been through a lot of nannies, and Caira was the best. She is a great balance of someone who is super engaging with our son, is experienced with childcare, yet responsible and helpful in many ways around the house. It is difficult to find this valuable balance, and difficult for me to trust just anyone. We would rehire her if given the chance. Thanks Caira!
