Welcome! My name is Caila (KAY-luh). I am happy, outgoing individual who loves to experience life to the fullest. I love to be outside - paddleboarding, skiing, name it, I'm doing it. After pursuing four years full-time in Corporate America, I decided I wanted to pursue my true passion of fitness and life. So I recently made the decision to resign from my digital marketing position to focus on a balanced lifestyle which is why I am now back on Care. com - which also means flexible availability!
