About Caden

Hello! My name is Caden and I am currently a dental student at the UMKC SoD with the aspiration of becoming a pediatric dentist. Originally from Springfield MO, I started my tutoring journey in an elementary school special education classroom as a volunteer. After moving to Kansas City for college I was hired by UMKC as a tutor and shortly after promoted as one of the head biology and chemistry tutors. Concluding my undergraduate studies at UMKC, I received both my Biology BS and Chemistry BA. I tutor a wide range of ages from elementary to college, while also having experience with students who have special needs. I predominantly tutor biology and chemistry of various levels, but for my younger students I branch out into English and math as well. Aside from being a life long learner, I enjoy tending to my many houseplants, attending small concerts, and joining my friends at run club a few nights a week. I look forward to meeting you all, and cannot wait to get started!
