She accepted my booking but NEVER showed up. All the details was provided, it should have been in the app like the time and location. My husband was waiting so he could go to work. I sent her messages but she didn't respond. She only seen it. I was gonna give her a cash tip for gas once I get home from work. My account was charged for the care that was never done! I hope to get refunded soon. The customer service suggested me to write a review to let the community know. She shouldn't have accepted it so the care.com could've find somebody else.
