She no-showed her paid 5 hour trial day starting at 11am due to oversleeping. She apologized, so I gave her another chance the following day - Saturday. Provided her 3 tasks (vacuuming, cleaning dishes and cleaning counters) to do while I was gone a hour running errands and she didn’t even finish cleaning dishes because she was socializing with my MIL. Concerns about punctuality, time management, professionalism and ability to multitask. Furthermore, she continues to text me after ceasing services with her in attempts to justify her behaviors, highly unprofessional.
