As a licensed Registered Nurse and a mom of littles with 2 years of childcare experience, I've developed a strong passion for nurturing the well-being of children. My journey into caregiving was inspired by my previous babysitting roles, where I discovered my ability to positively impact young lives. My patient and calm demeanor, combined with my creativity and friendly nature, allows me to connect easily with children. I understand the importance of open and honest communication with parents. Whether through verbal updates at pickup or by following their preferred communication method, I ensure that parents are well-informed about their child's day and any matters that arise. When enforcing household rules, I am very comfortable maintaining a consistent and structured environment for the child. My approach is always gentle and understanding, focusing on positive reinforcement and teaching the child the reasons behind the rules.
