About Brigit

Hi! I'm a high school biology teacher currently working towards my master's in education. I am one of 10 kids in my family so I've grown up loving and truly thriving in a little bit of chaos. I regularly care for my many nieces and nephews- who proudly call me their favorite person :) I'd describe my personality as quirky, personable, and responsible. I like working with kids because kids are hilarious! They are the best people to joke around with. My favorite part about working with kids is that you don't get the same day twice- it keeps life so interesting :) I'm looking for a job that is during the workweek! I'm currently working on my master's program which takes up my weekends and evenings. In my spare time, I like to crochet, hike with my husband and dog, watch movies , and thrifting/garage sailing! My skills include being attentive and responsive to the kids' needs, helping kids navigate emotions and responsibilities, and homework help and tutoring.
