I have one year of experience as an AC1 on night shift witch on night shift I worked with other people so we would first communicate with one another to see who is doing what task first such as getting blood pressure on the residents, sanitize, sweep and mop, do the line cart and on Sunday we deep clean the residents chairs and prep the bath boxes for the week I would also make sure all stalking was done and the residents clothes were organized and every two hours I would check in the resident make sure there needs were being met and would reposition them every two hours as well.
