About Bianca

Hi there! I'm Bianca, a 23 years old with four years of experience working with children. Ever since I started in 2020, caring for 4-month-old twins, I've loved every moment spent with little ones. Over the years, I've worked with kids from newborns to 12-year-olds, both as a nanny and a volunteer at a daycare. What I enjoy most about childcare is the chance to really connect with kids-whether we're playing, learning, or just having fun together. I believe in creating a space where kids feel free to explore and grow at their own pace. I also value strong relationships with parents because working as a team is the best way to support the children. When I'm not working, I love staying active by hiking, biking, and going to the gym. I also enjoy spending time with family and friends, cooking, watching movies, and finding new things to learn. I'm excited to find a new family where I can continue making meaningful connections and happy memories with the kids!
