We were lucky enough to have Bianca as our almost full time nanny for about three months. She was never late once, was an excellent communicator, and blended into our family seamlessly. Our 8 month old daughter was ecstatic each morning she walked in the door. She genuinely cared for her and our family will miss her dearly as she moves on to focus more on her studies. We would hire her back in an instant if circumstances changed.
