She interviewed well. Spent s great deal of time talking poorly of her current employer. Which was concerning. Agreed to 6 month term. First day went okay, primarily observation mode; spent a lot of time negatively talking about her previous employer issues. Next day arrived late and had some issues getting through the day. End of day checked to make sure all was good. She confirmed she was good. Called in sick via text next day. Day after sent another text saying she wasn't coming back. Later sent a follow up stating she needed her check immediately... Seemed to have many medical issues as well. overall unprofessional and didn't show care or concern for my child.
