About Beverley

Hello! my name is Beverley . For as long as I can remember, I enjoy children and their company. Back when I was in middle school, my aunt took me to her work and that was when I know I wanted to work with kids. I love sharing my skill of braiding. I enjoy braiding my friends, relatives and even teachers hair. I have some experience working at summer camp. When I was in middle school, I worked as a counselor in training at a day camp. Then In high school, I worked at Vacation Bible school. Last year, I worked as a counselor at Big Lake Youth Camp. Ever since my siblings started having kids, I enjoyed staying over at their house and watching over and playing with my nephews and niece. Working with kids takes a lot of patience and communication skills. Over the years I have become more patient and developed verbal and written communications as well as active listening.
