Bethel came to work for us for 1 day a week, under the impression that we would need her every week. She asked for an email a few days before starting stating that she was under our employment so that she could use it for moving to a new home. She watched our children once, the next week stated she was unable to watch our kids because of prior obligations but gave plenty of notice, the next week she canceled on us the night prior and then the next time she was to watch our kids she quit. Stated that she got word that she got an internship and it starts "tomorrow". Really upset that the first person I hire on Care.com turned out to be so unreliable.
